Hotel Cristal Munich

Lovely, comfortable and clean rooms. Fantastic staff. Simple and stress-free experience. Quiet rooms. Close to city center, train station, restaurants, superstores, and easy travel.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of public transportation and key attractions. We enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel with a good variety of options each morning.

The WiFi connection was unreliable and weak, making it difficult for us to stay connected. The surrounding neighborhood had a lot of strip clubs and casinos, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere when walking around.

Rooms were brand-new & tidy. The staff were brilliant and best too. Easy check in and in general exceptional service. Plus their wifi was free. Ideal location at a short distance from a prominent public square.

It was reasonably priced. My room was fashionable, newly renovated and I met top-class staff, we had very good communication. Late check-out was useful. There were fast internet and private parking available. It was in a central setting close to railway station.

The breakfast certainly could have been included in price.

Our room was well-maintained and had a sleek, contemporary design. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center, train station, and a variety of restaurants and shops. we had a pleasant experience at Hotel Cristal and would recommend it to others.

the hotel was hip new and fairly clean, everything was good. it had a very comfy bed and we were offered a tasty breakfast. had hot drinks in the snack bar in the evening. set walking distance to the train station in the shopping area. moreover, the property was within walking distance of justizpalast courthouse.

Pleasant and fairly clean place with a great lobby. I loved the room with very comfortable beds, the bed was extremely comfy. Tea and muffins were great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being close to the central station and right in the heart of town. Despite being in a busy area, I felt safe and secure. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and even an electric kettle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the restaurant and bar area were great places to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great, being close to Munich central station made it convenient for exploring the city. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a good night's sleep. The bathroom, although a bit outdated, served its purpose. The breakfast offered was satisfactory, providing a good start to the day. I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

The neighborhood around the hotel was not very welcoming, with some uncomfortable encounters while walking around.

Convenient location for Oktoberfest and train station. Clean room with comfortable beds. Friendly and efficient staff. Air conditioning was a pleasant surprise. Would stay again on future trips to Germany.

The location was super close to the central station, perfect for our morning transfer to the airport. it was only a short 10-minute walk to the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities included a small self-service area with snacks, a nice touch.
